It would be helpful to report an agenda prior to the 3/15/2009 mtg?     

sure would - it would also be helpful if they would fix the gazebo - but i guess 4 months just isnt enough time to get it done in

As we have stated since day one, divisive messages like this one will not be tolerated on this board.  Your message has been reported to the site.  This is a site for polite discussion and ways to improve our neighborhood, not for bashing or backhanded comments.

As stated at previous meetings, we would wait until the Spring to repair the gazebo in total, including pressure washing and paint.  This board has spearheaded fixing the light at the end of North Lake, having more visibility of police officers in the neighborhood, having more signs in the neighborhood to remind folks to slow down, having the drains on North Lake repaired, collecting funds, paying taxes, and writing a spec to assist a neighbor remediate his yard to proper NLHOA standards.  The board will repair the gazebo within the next few weeks.  The board will also spec out landscaping improvements at the gazebo and propose other landscaping improvements near the lake.  We are also going to work with the Lakes to ensure the front area is maintained and is improved.  We have many improvement projects in the works, all of which are in the works for the spring, which were discussed at the quarterly meeting.

As a matter of procedure, this administration has decided to post the agenda as late as possible to allow folks to get on the agenda with points of emphasis or to allow for procedural votes or changes to the by-laws, etc.  We want to allow the maximum opportunity for input from the community.  With this in mind, the official agenda will post by Friday PM or Saturday AM.
