Hi.... I'm a new resident here in the neighborhood. I used to go to school @ AVHS in 94 & the neighborhood was decent then. However its absulotly horrible now. Since the snow melted the people seem to be coming out of the woodwork here... meaing kids (teenagers). Always seems to be trouble and fights. Its horrible to come home from work with mobs of kids in the streets that dont want to move out of your way... like its there street and I must more around them? Yesterday I cam home from work to find 2 police squads in my driveway, seems my neighbor whom is connected to me (townhome) had her place broken into. Broad daylight and smashed through the roof bedroom window. Took her flast screen, laptop and a PS3.... I come home today with no kidding 9 police squads in the culdisac.... I have no idea what was going on, but there had to be around 50 teenage kids out there.... I would like to break my lease... nothing in this entire complex works... Ive been here since Feb 1st and went through 3 stoves, & 2 fridges!!! Are you kidding me? This is why the landlord wanted to rent it in the winter... knowing that the kids would not be outside the way they have been since its turned nice. This neighborhood and townhouse should be condemed!!!!!!!!!! BAD PLACE TO LIVE & TO RAISE KIDS.... Now I guess I'm stuck here living in the "hood" for a year? What a joke!
