nevermind i dont think you're from the neighborhood i am trying to contact.

As a NotPet resident, I have a few issues with the Pet residents:

1. 
   I really don’t want other’s pet’s poop in my yard.  If I wanted poop, I’d have my own dog, I sure don’t want your poop.  People walk their dogs and they poop in their neighbor’s yards and its desgusting. 
2.    I don’t know how this could be enforced but it needs to STOP!
3. 
   The houses in our neighborhood are spaced very close together and there are some pets that can’t abide someone in an adjacent yard to be there without continual barking.  I’ve done considerable work on my back yard to make it a comforting area to sit and  relax.  That is nearly impossible if a dog nextdoor decides to bark continually. 
4.    Again, I don’t know how this could be enforced but it needs to STOP!

As pertains to parking: 

I also have neighbors that park as many as 3 vehicles in the street adjacent to my home, leaving in front of their home open.  Its typically not an issue but they often run up on the curb, breaking the sprinkler heads in that area of my yard.  They also park so close to the curb, I can’t run the lawn edger to trim the curb. 

I have never understood why we can’t show just a little more respect for others and that we have at least a shred of self-respect.

We don’t want to become like our national government in that those in power
determine what laws are to be enforced and what laws really don't apply. That's
a slippery slope and if we as a local neighborhood can't get past that, we have
no place criticizing our government when they do.   

We need to change the rules if we don’t want to enforce them but if they’re selectively enforced, we have no rules/no HOA and shouldn’t be required to pay the yearly dues.
