You receive a quarterly bill for the HOA right? You think the information MIGHT be there? If you go to the Montgomery Village - HOA site you can find a listing of when the board meets and where.

As a past board member I'd never want the nuts to be able to contact me directly, my job was not to listen to people complaining about their personal issues but to run the business of the corporation.

Half your problems would be solved if you would read your HOA documents and comprehend them.
