Roadway Obstruction

Posted in: Summer Wood Home
The Board is aware of the builder at 152 Faulkner obstructing Roadway with his lumber. Since the lumber load had been in road since last Friday, Fred O'Dell made calls Monday 14th to have the problem checked out. After I received a call from a concerned neighbor on Tuesday night I Emailed the State Troopers, who are responsible for road obstruction issues for county roads. I stated our concerns of Bus traffic and possibility of problems with emergency vehicle not being able to get through. At this time we are waiting for a response to the calls and Email.

Roadway Obstruction Jan 18

I received a call from a neighbor this morning stating that Hanson Homes was having more lumber dropped at the site in the roadway again.I called Calvin Hanson, Proprety owner/builder, and asked him to please take care of this problem by having the lumber moved to the side of foundation. He said we would need to give him time to move the Lumber as he built. I informed him about the fact that lumber has been there a week already and nothing has been done about it. I reminded him of the School Buses and Emergency Vehicle issues. He still insisted on the same coarse, of which it would be removed from the roadway as he built.I told Mr Hanson that I regretfully would have to call the Troopers again on this issue.
