Hello,
Our neighborhood has the look and feel of Irvington, but is much more affordable. The neighborhood has several artist and musicians living within it. This give the area a fun eclectic vibe. We have movie nights in the summer outside, and show 16mm reels of old Bela Lugosi, Marx Bros, etc.
I apologize that it took so long to get a reply, but I just became aware of this site today.
