About Us
Our community was founded in 1998 and is a 142 home planned unit development. We are located about 25 miles Northeast of Charlotte in the Southern part of Concord. Our children attend the following public schools: Rocky River Elementary, C. C. Griffin Middle School, and Central Cabarrus High School. Our community is maintained by a Homeowners' Association.
