hey all. I am looking for ideas for us all to plan. This site will help us stay in contact and do some neat things around this little area of ours.
Ideas I had so far were:

Neighborhood yardsale...similar to the Rt 60 one only just in and about our streets in the Greenhhills subdivision.

Holiday decorating...see what kind of wonderland of lights we can create that will bring ppl in to see.

A mutual Neighborhood Watch plan, especially with recent acts of vandalism that have been ocurring around here lately.

MAybe one year a neighborhood Holiday Open House evening where neighbors can go house to house to see decorations, enjoy festive food, and meet others.

What about a Neighborhood Fall festival event even?
The ideas just keep flowing in...do any of you have any to share???

We could plan decorating contests around the holidays... summer cookout/potluck perhaps.

We could plan everything from this actual site...newsletter would be nice too from this site noting accmplishments, b-days, special events in our lives. I think it is a great idea if we can just get it to work, and others to sign up.
