Bradford Colony HOA

Bradford Colony Homeowner Association

The Bradford Colony HOA supervises the overall affairs and well being of the community and promotes the safety and welfare of the residents of Bradford Colony.

Our Association Board consists of 5 members, whose terms are staggered to assure continuity. The Board has created ad hoc committees to assist in the functions of the Board. Including, but not limited to: Community Newsletter, Special Events, Welcome/Block Captains, Neighborhood Watch, and Architectural Control.

Meet the Association Board

Currently, the Bradford Colony Board of Directors consists of five members who serve three year terms. The five Directors are: President, Penny Grimm; 1st Vice President, Kimberly Sporrer; 2nd Vice President, Frank E. Adams; Treasurer, Deborah J. Mitchell; and Secretary, Bill Myers.

Property Management

Since 1993, SCS Management Services, Inc. has been providing property management for Bradford Colony and handles the deed restriction inspections, accounting, and consults with the Board of Directors on matters related to the community. Our Association Manager is Nancy Callaway, our Association Service Manager is Diana Barber, and our Deed Restriction Inspector is Lakeisha Hicks.

The Board of Directors and residents of Bradford Colony take pride in our community and hope you feel the same. The information presented in this website should serve to guide you to become better acquainted with our neighborhood. We look forward to serving you through this form of communication.

Bradford Colony I and II HOA

Bradford Colony, a subdivision in Houston, Harris County, Texas, is a Texas non-profit corporation, governed by the Bradford Colony Homeowners Association. The properties are subject to covenants, restrictions, easements, charges and liens set forth to insure the preservation of the uniform plan for the benefit of present and future homeowners in Bradford Colony.

Why a Homeowners Association?

A Homeowner Association (HOA) is defined as an association of people who own homes in a given area, formed for the purpose of improving or maintaining the quality of the area. The principal purpose of the Bradford Colony HOA is to collect, expend, and manage assessment funds, and to enforce the Deed Restriction's Declaration established to maintain, and preserve our subdivision.
