Town of Braintree

Year after year after year people are voted back to town meeting who never attend, never show up, never vote on an issue. WHY?

Because you keep voting them in. You don't check their records, you just see a name you know and vote for it.

You need to get off your duff, take out papers, get over 10 registered voters in your precinct to sign your papers, turn your papers in and get elected!

What is so difficult about that? You can probably get most of the signatures in your own home and you can sign them too!

Then you can make a difference. Vote NO on the School Budget, vote NO on everything you disagree with.

You can bet that all the usual no-shows will stay home while all the elected officials, school teachers, firemen and policemen will show up for Town Meeting and vote YES on all their contracts.

They only way to beat them is if all of US are in larger numbers than all of THEM.

Town meeting doesn't take a lot of time out of your life but it could save you thousands of dollars on your tax bill.

Wake up before it's too late.

Who are these toads?

Give us a list.
What about the toads that sign onto the attendance list and then turn around and go home?
What about the one-issue toads that do their knitting or read a book while a session is going on?

Another issue is..

the few who actually stay. They seem to speak just for the sake of being heard then run home to see their ugly mugs on TV. This needs to go. Instead of some self promoting political d-bag loser giving me the Red Sox score we need a new form of Goverment. That however would take another 20 years.
