Does anyone have any feedback about the debate?
I was hoping that is was going to be televised, so I could switch off between the game and the debate. There has not been much about the election.
Hopefully at some point the League will have the debate televised.

Koko is Loco as Rep Candidate
I ask each of you voters, have you had your doorbell rung by Charlie Kokoros? I haven't either. Joe Driscoll was in my neighborhood two weekends ago on a Saturday night at about 5:30. At least he is beating the pavement to earn our vote to return to the state house. Kokoros on the other hand hasn't even had Gov. Romney here to stump for his candidacy in this district? Too busy stumping for George lusa Bush. Kokoros has about 16 times less money raised for this campaign than his opponent. Hmm, about the same ratio of democrats to republicans registered to vote here in Braintree. What a coincidence. I don't buy Charlie's attempt to be victorious because I don't believe he is a serious candidate. Where are his standouts. I see Driscolls every afternoon at Five Corners and about fifty of them in front of the library last night. I hate to beat down anyone who runs for office, but I just don't take Charlie Kokoros' candidacy serious. I like his spunk and clean demeanor, but empty bucket campaigning just doesn't cut it. I'll vote for Joe Driscoll. John Kerry too!

Good for you
Good for you Joe Driscoll. That was a great post. Just don't break your arm trying to pat yourself on the back.
Your not fooling anyone.

Typical Democrat-lowering your standards to name calling. You must be a Theresa Hynes Kerry relative. Congratulations for being so astute in figuring out there are more Dems in Braintree than Republicans. As soon as you finish patting yourself on the back, maybe you could straighten out the politics in our fair town. Evidently you haven't been too successful up to now. The only things the Dems in this town have managed to accomplish is the Quinn Bill and a group of town managers ie:Board of Selectmen past and present. Wow the majority gaggle of democratic Geese at Town Meeting is something to be proud of. The candidate of your choosing should receive your vote because he/she is the best candidate, not because he/she is a Democrat. I personally WILL be voting for Joe Driscoll because I believe he is the best candidate running, not because he is a Democrat. I WON'T be voting for John Kerry because I don't think he is the best candidate. I am of the opinion Kerry is only the best the Dems have to offer for president(which is sad)-so if you are a Democrat and can't think for yourself, Kerry is your man. You should get credit for voting.
