W is not going to institute a draft. He's got too much at stake with his twins. On second thought, if there is a draft, there would be no need to send the National Guard. Maybe he can have his twins enlist in the Guard, provided he knows someone.

Have you ever really read John Kerry's website? Hit on all the links? Seen his plan for college deferrment for high school senior who promise community service in return for free 4 year state college tuition? What better base for a healthy draft would that be? Can you answer me how Kerry will fulfill his promise to add on 2 divisions to our military as well as adding 4000 troops overseas...without a draft? Last question. Have you ever once heard Kerry say without hesitation...and no exceptions...that he is opposed to a draft of any type? Of course not...his mandatory volunteerism is the base for it.
