For want of a Patriotic American
My/our country has suffered many indignities at the hands of summertime
citizens, those who are perhaps embarrassed to profess America to the world. We, as a people need to stand up with love for America. Look at what our country has done for us in the past.
When one looks at those from Europe or Asia who come to this country
and see the joy in their eyes at being in America and the prospect of becoming
Americans it warms the heart, well some hearts. Why shouldn't we as a people be proud of America, look at all the good we have done in this world. What other country has offered and given help when needed. Some, the quasi intellectuals
of America, have a different view, they call America an oppressive tyranny and
a consumer of all of this worlds resources.
They would, if they could, bring America to its knees in the worlds theater. The Victims of the present catastrophe are being helped by the only nation that has the power to carry food and supplies to their remote villages. Even as we help the stricken survivors we are being criticized by those in the EU who hate America and its strength.
We as a country should expect those who are jealous of our strength, like France and Germany
to snipe at our every effort but the so called American socialists and progressives should be ashamed, ah but they have no American souls..
