BELD hands down

I do freelance work around the south shore and often have to call tech support at both BELD and COMCAST.
There is no comparison .

The personalized professional support at BELD vs the god knows who you are getting , bounce the call around dept to dept at comcast is enough to make me choose BELD. I only speak on the Broadband issue.

The staff at BELD have always been professional and timely with requests and service calls. I have not heard a lot of good about comcast or rcn for that matter. They seem to hire one good consultant for every 10 ''not so good''

I dont work for BELD... just a semi informed consumer...

Why not try direct T V you get more stations at a cheaper price.
