Ok what is a saturday night special.. I havent heard that one since the 70s....
Does that include my Barretta or my Tauras????
Any info would be helpful..

Bebe has it wrong as you well know. A Saturday night special has the serial numbers filed off and is untraceable. A person looking to carry a lawfull concealed weapon would not ask the Chief for permission to carry it.
