There's a Rumor

That Quincy Ave is going to be renamed Quirk Boulevard.

Don't forget..

What those properties he has purchased and developed looked like prior to his intervention. As far as I can see he has cleaned up a lot of terrible looking pieces of run down real estate.
Of course at the same time he took advantage of the ''free enterprise system''.. (Like my Mother told me to do.. ) Work hard, use your head and invest. (Of course I didn't listen). I was not notified of the Big Boom as it is called..nor did I need to be. I think he is doing a service to this town.. and making money while doing it.. The good ole American way..
