Haliburton was give the lucrative contract because it was the only company large enough to do the job. Therefore, no one else was capable of bidding to begin with.
As soon as Mr.Edwards removes his tongue from his throat, maybe he could answer the question posed to him last night about his Medicaid tax loop hold.
Perhaps he could enlighten us by publishing his Senate record. I would be interested in his voting record. He never answered that question.
