seems like bush is following the same path
of LBJ & nixon. no dissent. although he proclaims he likes to have those around him offer differing views, he is getting rid of those who do not agree with him. IE
the former secretary of the treasury,secretary of state, colin powell, and a few lesser cabinet positions.

#1 They state they would resign before the elections.
#2 Should a CEO or a comopany or President of the United States surround himself with enemies?
#3 Beats the cabinet we would be facing if Kerry got elected.

others that want your job and second guessed your every judgement and policy?
If some of the other businesses were in partnership with you and others were
only interested in criticizing your every move with the intent of proving you wrong and changing the way that the business was run!
The various managers of the business made decisions for the business but you
were responsible for their judgement! Every four years the partners judged if
you would retain your position,
wouldn?’t you, if retained for four more years, reevaluate your managers work?
Some of your best managers would move on to their own desires for the future!
Of the very best managers that stayed with the business you would promote to more responsibility?’s?
Wouldn?’t you demand a modicum of loyalty from your employees? Wouldn?’t you demand loyalty in your office?

with you re: bush & his nudging out of those who DARE to dissent. if i recall LBJ
announced that he would not be a candidate for re-election due to the viet nam fiasco. and NIXON 'nuff said.
wonder how bush will fare under this load.
