You two fools amaze me. Cox because you must of retired before your 32 years was up. How many years did you have anyway? Everyone knows that if you put in 32 years as a fireman you are going to be at least a Captain. That's because you are breathing. Promotions in the fire department are traditionally made on the most senior fireman who is breathing. Mr. Cox, can you or anonymous dispute this? I don't think so. As far as fires go, you fools have never saved any lives. You dopes act as if your rushing into fires day in and day out. The only fires you go to result in everyone getting out, before you get there, and then you dopes falling over like it's ''the trade centers'' falling. You idiotic fools make me sick. This town could operate on a call fire department with maybe 3 full time firemen working. One at each department to answer the phone. The call firemen would probably have a better response time then the fulltime firemen that are sleeping all day and night. What a total waste of our taxpaying money!! Go to sleep boys and sleep well on us. You dopes make me sick.

What's your problem? You keep bringing up the promotion issue. The firefighters aren't even mind, why do you care so much?
Also, why did you use the trade centers as part of your complain? I guess you're one of those that enjoy seeing people getting trap and kill in a fire. You're a one sick mofu!
Plus, do you think they should drive the fire trucks around town 24/7 like the cops do? Are you willing to pay for the gas?
Also, thanks to our fire prevention program that's why we don't have that many fires.

You sound like one BAD man or women we don't know do we. For you information I don't start these discussions but I won't let idiots that don't know what they are talking about belittle the Fire Department without speaking out. That is what this forum is all about isn't it. Promotion by seniority is what the Braintree Fire Department has always had. You know that when you are hired. The breathing thing is a very weak argument. I've heard it over and over by fools like you. I would prefer someone who has 20 years experience on the fire ground to someone who is book smart anyday.
No I didn't get to do my 32 years. I had 23 years on the job when I had my third back operation and retired soon after that.
By the way Mr. Truth what makes you such a bitter person? Name calling, is that the best you got? Dopes Idiots fools, what sort of brilliant person are you anyway?
