The BOS voted 3-2 to let town hall employees leave at noon Thursday, Dec 23rd. They already get Friday off, why are we letting them go early on Thursday? If they want 1.5 days off at Christmas, shouldn't they bargain for it?

just how many residents will be conducting business at town hall at noon and later on Christmas Eve? i find no problem with them getting out earley. what i did think was out of line was that the beld employees had the entire day off before Thanksgiveing, didn't see anyone questioning that. maybe in their contract but what was given up for that cushy perk? |
