Town of Braintree

does anyone know the deal about the soccer field in the rear of the howard bach building?the fence is padlocked.
does the town own and maintain this property or not? and if they do,who uses it? any info would be appreciated

Last I heard

It was owned by Howard Back.

If you call the assessors office, they should be able to tell you if it has been sold.

Town owns it

The Town owns it but Thayer maintains it. Both Thayer and Braintree Lacrosse teams use it for practices and games.
