Town of Braintree

Do the math

Goodneighborsam pay attention

If you saw the planning board meeting, you heard Quirk's Lawyer Frank Marinelli found a loophole claiming that because the destruction of the structure did not effect the flood plane that he did not need a special permit from the planning board. So they went ahead and took it down.
The planning board did approve the special permit and Quirk was suppose to wait 20 days in case there was an appeal, but as you saw he did not wait the 20 days.
And I say again that Quirk can make all the money he wants, it is just to bad that Braintree will lose money in the long run. As far as jobs go, if this becaomes a shipyard, not a lot of jobs will be created. Basically the shipyard becomes a parking lot for containers and cars.

You Bunch of Bobanizers!

First, Quincy gave approval to drop the first two steel cribs. The third steel crib is situated about 1/4 on Braintree land, so that is why it didn't come down this week. Read the stories carefully, you nitwits!
At a later date, the third crib will come tumbling down after the 20 day wait period.
State denied the truck traffic route through Weymouth no because Maya MaddHatter asked them to, but because Braintree had a weak case.
Braintree doesn't pay for Rt. 53 Quirk Highway repairs because it is a state road. Having some jerk elected Maya won't resolve either of these two issues, you knucklehead nitwit. Some jerk like Phelan in Quincy will raise your taxes as he did in Quincy last year almost 22% in one year. Eat that crow, you jerk. I'll take my Braintree tax rate over Quincy's or Weymouth's any day. Look them up and compare and you'll agree.
Get your facts straight and stop this nonsensical ridicule. Bring on a professional Manager to Braintree. Give him/her an assistant - both trained, skilled, educated and atuned to Braintree (Dorchester/Southie infiltrated)politics and let the games begin.
