Today I read a story in the Quincy Ledger about the yellow magnet ribbons adorning the rear of our cars. It seems that Taiwan is making ''knockoffs'' of a product that was originally created to raise money to support our troops. Money to be used so that servicemen in Iraq could contact their families here in the states..
It seems the knockoffs bear the information that they are made in Taiwan. I immediately went out to my car to see what was written on mine.. It said Made in the USA. (I bought it at Shaw's market) If it had said Made in Taiwan I would have returned it immediately.. Perhaps everyone should check their magnetic yellow ribbon.
