infamous alley part 3

Well now we have a camp trailer dumped there.It seems that Mr. Rivera who saw it happen didn't call the police or take down a plate number.

He calls me after the fact while i'm at work to do something about it.This will go at the bottom of my to do list,hope Mr. Rivera likes to look at it.I have set up for the probation department to do a clean up in the alley.Now if i can get a large roll off near the alley maybe they can put this camp trailer into it,i doubt it though.
