Hey all.  My name is Joshua Rieger, and I live at 11639 Creston.  I've been hearing a lot about recent (and reoccuring) break-ins throughout our neighborhood.

I just so happen to be a Security Consultant for ADT, and I would love to help keep our neighborhood secure.  Seeing as how everyone in Oak Creek is essentially my neighbor, I have the ability to give away new home security systems to all of you.

Even if you have a system, if its not being monitored, you're still at risk.  The alarm won't call SAPD; if there's a fire, your smoke detector won't alert SAFD.  I want to help with that.  I can set up a system for you that will alert emergency personell in case of a break in, a fire, or a medical emergency.

Again, since we are all part of the Oak Creek community, I'll set up a system free of charge, and I'll even waive the installation charges and activation fees.  All you'll do is pay the monthly monitoring fee, which is either 35.99 a month, or 44.99 a month (the 44.99 plan comes with a cellular backup device that will still monitor your system in case you don't have a LAN line, or in case your phone lines are cut).  Normally, we charge around $300 for the cell backup, but I can even throw that in for free.

Anything to help keep the homeowners of Oak Creek safe.  I like to know that the people I live with feel safe and secure in their own homes.
