July 1 Tahoe report

This AM there was a Tahoe cigarette cigarette butt in the road behind Unit 240 (Green) and two in the grass and road area that's between Unit 236 (Brown) and the St. Martins Square land. Is the perp walking a dog or dogs from Unit 234 down this way at night? Captain Cragen of Law and Order might order a surveillance of the road if there was manpower available, but there's not enough available here. We could really use some community involvement to help us nail the perp.

July 4 Tahoe Report

Only one Tahoe cigarette butt this morning-it was in the road in front on Unit 234. Today's the Fourth of July, a day when most businesses are closed. Will we see more Tahoe butts on our property than normal?

July 5th Tahoe report

The perp moved out of his comfort zone on the 4th. There were two discarded Tahoe cigarette butts on the street on front of Unit 205 (Vance)& Unit 206 (Thomas). It appears that the perp, cigarette in hand, was chatting with an unsuspecting homeowner under the street light. Wonder what he's up to?
