Several homeowners have reported seeing a pair of black dogs that are being walked around here. We have received at least one report of those dogs pooping on the common area and their droppings not being picked up as required by the Rules. If you see that happening, please report it to the authorities. Do not attempt to apprehend the perp who is walking those dogs. We attempted to set up a poop hot line just for this purpose, but the Metro's latest budget eliminated the funding for it.
