The perp strikes again

After a lengthy hiatus, two discarded Tahoe cigarette butts were spotted in the driveway of Unit 234. It had been hoped that the perp had decided to never again throw trash on the ground of Hearthstone Manor but that was not to be. Despite what some say, rehabilitation is ineffective on a hardened perp. We'll just have to get him off the streets for a long, long time.

Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble

Our neighborhood perp was a busy bee yesterday. There were two discarded Tahoe cigarette butts on the road in front of Unit 234 and a discarded unlit Tahoe cigarette on the asphalt parking lot that's next to Unit 230. Now you'd think that the perp would pick the unlit one up and drop it in the trash-his home is right across the way- but Noooooo. The perp isn't a homeowner here so he could probably care less.

A discarded Tahoe cigarette butt was found in the driveway of Unit 200-far from the perp's territory.

Perps are like Slinky Toys-they're not good for much but you smile when you push them down the stairs.
