I think we just all need to be conscious & considerate of our neighbors. Don't let your dogs run around with no leash. Don't blast music out of your car or home stereo outside - not everyone likes everybody's music. Clean up after your pets. Don't hangout in the street - our streets are narrow enough already.
If someone parks on the street where you usually park, don't get stressed about it. Is it really that important? It's a public street & we don't have assigned spaces - parking on the street is really tight. If you have to park a little further away from your front door, will it really inconvenience you?
I hate the ratting on your neighbor thing, unless it's a dangerous situation. If the lawn in my backyard is too long, don't look at it. It's got a privacy fence around it. If it rains a lot, then expect that people's front lawns are going to get a little long, so don't rat on them. Yeah, if you need a machete to get to their front door, it's a problem
I agree with not hanging out on the green electrical boxes. People have gotten electrocuted on them. Do you really want to take that chance with your kids?
