I just signed up for this hoa site. I would like to see more people involved. I've lived here since 09' and I have no idea where to find any info about our subdivision and if there are any bylaws or anything like that.

I just signed up for this hoa site. I would like to see more people involved. I've lived here since 09' and I have no idea where to find any info about our subdivision and if there are any bylaws or anything like that.
I moved in about 1.5 years ago and have no information other than it appears that there is no actual HOA in Broadview and any laws/bylaws that were originally put in place when the subdivision was developed are either not enforced or are not enforceable (probably since there is no actual HOA board). |
