We are located on the old westside of Colorado Springs on the south side of Highway 24, and the west side of 21st street.

Midland Elementary is just a hop, skip & a jump away from our units.

In addition, an exciting new development called "Gold Hill Mesa" is being built on the east side of 21st which will include both residental and commercial facilities.

About our association

WE NO LONGER HAVE A PROPERTY MANAGER:

As of February 15, 2007, we no longer have Susan Muldoon of Muldoon and Associates as our property manager.

We have no contact information for the Board at this time.
