Are there any guidelines for an In-ground pool and if so what are they? I see nothing in the restrictions. Also what constitutes in ground? Two feet into the ground, three feet?

Sorry for the late reply. Not sure if this corresponds to BV or not because the posts don't always specify or notify us. As far as BV goes, above ground pools are not allowed. In Ground pools must be completely in ground. City of Hilliard will have specific code around what to do for in ground pools. e-mail is the best if you have more questions bvhainfo@yahoo.com. |
