spring wouldnt be spring without the nosy brookfield village association out in full force with pen and pad in hand keeping track of whose been naughy or nice.  the list of infractions is endless - everything to no pools or pets to no wire hangers ever. what the brookfield village association doesnt want u to know though - it is a federal offense to hang flyers on mail boxes. it is also a form a littering - and by their sheer prencese the brookfield village association is not only a public nuisiance but a form of littering. dont u people have a life????? i thought this little girl behavior ended in 3rd grade.
