About Brookhaven Homeowners Association

Brookhaven Homeowners Association is the governing body of the Brookhaven & The Park at Brookhaven subdivision. Brookhaven & The Park at Brookhaven is located just off of Highway 41 (Cobb Parkway) in Acworth, Georgia. Our association is committed to maintaining and improving the overall beauty and property values of our subdivision and ensuring a pleasant environment for our members. If you are considering the purchase of a home in our community, we urge you to browse the remainder of our site for information. Sentry Management

Sentry Management is the management company we have hired to run our association. Their duties include billing, both payable and receivables, filing the appropriate tax returns and making sure our association is up to date and forwarding requests to the borad of directors or appropriate committees for action, including modification requests, violation of covenants, fines among other thngs.
