Best way to get home owners to move away is to send in the inspectors. Then the property will most likely become a rental with the new owners.

overpriced homes

I have been asking what the selling price is for some of the houses in the area. I know for a fact that the old Plicka house in the middle of 41st is was asking 195,000. Now that is just plain silly. There have been others as well. The market is bad and the prices are outrageous. People have not invested that kind of money in most of these places. The rest of us who like living here will see our houses go back up in value later on down the line. I am confident that we will see better times. It is unfortunate that some people do not see the value in a small, cozy, friendly neighborhood.
