I thought the point of having a secretary on the steering committee was partly so we could have minute of our monthly meetings sent to membership. But it happens so inconsistently that it's kind of a joke. And we rarely get the meeting agenda ahead of time. What's the deal?

Jane's supposed to be the secretary but meeting minutes (when they DO come out) seem most often to come from Dana for some reason - maybe because he brings his laptop to meetings?
