I posted a question about Waggener or Ballard, and I know Waggener is the resides school for the neighborhood, but where do most of the high school kids in the neighborhood attend?

According to JCPS's department of Accountability,Research, and Development's 2007-2008 High School Data Book:

Students having Waggener as their resides school did in fact attend Waggener most often (725 students).  Other schools with high attendance from students in the Waggener resides area were: Ballard (231 students), Manual (190 students), Male (140 students), and Eastern (80 students). 

This of course would only be a representative sample when applied to Woodlawn Park, but I imagine that you would find the results similar in polling residents whose children attend public schools. 

(Parochial/Private schools would also need to be taken into consideration)

FYI-JCPS offers open enrollment to many high schools (Eastern and Ballard for example).
