Yesterday, I received two blue cards in my mailbox. They had not been mailed. They say: Special Order, then they have the name and address and under "special instructions" it says "new resident" Then it says, "do not remove from case". Next to the person's name, it says COA 6/11/08.
Is this some new thing that Woodlawn Park is doing to alert residents to new neighbors? If so, the idea is good, but the delivery method is not. Why wouldn't they just have a card saying: "You have a new neighbor at (address) named (name). This "Special Order" card is weird.
