Any idea how much longer we have to tolerate the orange barrel obstacle course on Westport Rd? It's getting really old!

Since the state has missed every completetion date since July, I'm afriad they will miss the latest one of the first of November as well. If they do we will probably have the organge barrels until next spring (ashaplt plants shut down in November). You may contact the Kentucky Highway Department on Westport Rd for an update.

I think we're just going to have to accept them as neighborhood ornaments.  Some neighborhoods have natural gas streetlights, and cobblestone drives, we have 500 orange cones.

Can we decorate them for Halloween?
