I have a picture of the first time I saw Mr Fox, a few months ago in my backyard.  I saw him again this morning - about 15 lbs, dark orange with black tipped ears and big, bushy black-tipped tail....with a big bunny in his mouth!

He was running around with Bunny at the west end of the Circle, between the "inside circle" houses.  He's cute, but I hope folks are inadvertently attracting/feeding them!

Just a notice to PLEASE keep you dog and cat food inside whenever possible and feed your animals outside only if absolutely necessary.  These wild animals (beit raccoons, possom, fox or otherwise) have great noses!  (and can cover a lot of ground in one day)

I personally believe in letting the wild run wild - but hopefully none of our domesticated friends get hurt....

Approximately two (2) weeks ago I saw the same Fox that you described on Green Meadow Circle running down the middle of the street.  When I got close to him, in my car, he ducked into the drainage pipe that runs between 6857 & 6859 Green Meadow Circle.

Stay clear of these animals because many carry rabies.

On Weds Nov 3rd, I observed a raccoon on Ambridge Cir around 12:30 PM.  It appeared to be sick or injured and I was surprised to see it out in the middle of the day.  I tried to report it to Animal Control, but I did not get through.
