I have observed an all-terrain vehicle speeding through Woodlawn Park at approximately 11:00-noon for the past three days. It also seems to be tearing up the MSD catch basin behind Krogers. Unsupervised kids I believe. Anybody know who this is? And is this legal? The speeding, of course, clearly is not. Seems like we have gone through this before.

If he does not answer leave your name and telephone number and he will call you back.
