About six weeks ago we found an arrow in the yard. This was the second time in a little over a year that we found one. Deadly arrows. Bartlett Police, of course did nothing, they said that I could not even canvass the area to find out who shot the arrow. I could be charged with harassment. Some idiot almost kills one of us and nobody cares. The idiot must live either on Alfred, Patricia Cove, or Patricia Ellen. If anyone knows this careless person please talk to them and get them to stop shooting their bow & arrow.
