Brunswick Place HOA

In my response to the Enhancement Survey I attached a full page of notes, one of which suggested a large covered PAVILION in the park - less expensive than a clubhouse and more useful than a gazebo - which can be as basic or elaborate as we choose. It can be a serving station for group gatherings, neighborhood picnics (catered or covered dish), a place for children's art & craft classes, a stopover for runners, bikers, walkers, etc. Is this something to think about? Anybody care to respond?

Enhancement Survey

I would LOVE to have a pavilion in the park. Talk with your nighbors and let them know the importance of this enhancement survey. We are going to use these responses by popular vote to begin collecting costs for such improvements requested by the residents. We will have someone coming by to pick up these surveys in the next few days. Encourage everyone that you know to fill them out! I like yourself would like to see the park become a place to enjoy many functions and a pavilion would be a perfect place for that!
