Brunswick Place HOA

Please take the time to fill out the Enhancement Survey!!!! This is very important to the future of Brunswick Place neighborhood. The board want everyone to get involved and let us know what is important to you, what you would like as far as neighborhood improvements, park improvements, etc... Someone will be coming to pick these up or you may get them to any board member!

In my response to the Enhancement Survey I attached a full page of notes, one of which suggested a large covered PAVILION in the park - less expensive than a clubhouse and more useful than a gazebo - which can be as basic or elaborate as we choose. It can be a serving station for annual neighborhood picnics (catered or covered dish), a place for children's art & craft classes, a stopover for runners, bikers, walkers, etc. Is this something to think about? Anybody care to respond?

Park Enhancements

Please also consider adding the following to your enhancement survey...

-Electrical outlet in the park - I'm not sure if this has been done yet, but it's difficult to plan events in the park without outlets. At last year's Halloween party, we had to ask the homeowner next to the park to ''borrow'' power for the inflatable device. Luckily, he didn't mind. Generators are expensive to rent and sometimes the company leasing the inflatable requires an outlet or a very powerful generator. Just a thought to consider... Thanks!
