Brunswick Place HOA

How are these things enforced? Specifically Article 5 section 25. With the way I see things being enforced, I'm putting up my above ground pool this weekend. I hope my chickens don't get in it. When I'm done, I need to wash my 18-wheeler parked out front. Yessiree, I'm gonna be busy this weekend.

Enforcement

What a great email! I did not know to laugh or cry! We are working on setting policies and how to handle the enforcement of these. Our convenants do not allow several things that are now taking place. I only pray that when we start enforcing these issues that everyone will understand that they bought into a neighborhood with restrictions! Satellites, are among one of the biggest problems. I do hope that you are not one of the majority in the neighborhood that will have to no doubt MOVE theirs to the back of the house as stated in the convenants! Visible A/C units are another! Look for changes soon to come!!!

Enforcements

I'm glad you are seeing that our neighborhood is in need of covenant enforcements. Would you be interested in helping us write the enforcement policies? Maybe you could chair the enforcement committee. We really need volunteers to help us with these issues considering there are only 7 of us. Please contact one of the board members to let us know when you are ready to volunteer. We are doing the best we can with what we have.
