The local neighbor association is meeting this coming Monday night. I have not been invited, but have been told that they plan to distribute sign up sheets to form a group which will later join with a larger mineral leasing coalition. This sounds like a good thing. We should know by the end of the week if we are all invited to join the leasing group. If not we can discuss what our next option might be.

Latest update on tonight's meeting: The intent of this meeting tonight is simply to let those that have volunteered to walk; to receive their street assignments (for handing out sign up sheets). The impression is that the only ones there will be the board and volunteers.
