Hello Buck Creek Village Homeowners!
In the next week or so our newest newsletter will be mailed to all homeowners within Buck Creek Village. But, the newsletter can be found online today via the "newsletter" link on this site. So, feel free to download the newest copy of our newsletter and see what is going on in and around your community.
Within the newsletter mailings to property owners you will find a copy of the 2010/2011 budget for the community. Many of the categories remain unchanged from previous years and have only been adjusted slightly due to decreases or increases in this years expenses within those categories.
2010 has been a very good year for the community with many positive improvements to common areas throughout our subdivision. Some swing set equipment has been replaced due to wear and tear from previous years. New benches were purchased for the communities playgound area. And, metal work around the entrance signing was primed and repainted to maintain its beauty.
For 2011 the HOA Board hopes to begin work on repainting the common area fencing throughout the community. After 10+ years the fencing is beginning to show some fading. Also, the board hopes to once again reassure the gravel surrounding our drainage tiles in and around our communities two ponds. Once estimates are provided the board will vote on the best possible bids for the community and elect whether or not to proceed with either project.
2010 has been a very good year for our community. More home owners are transitioning back into our community after the mortage situations that affected the country over the past few years.
