Providence is cutting lots and increasing taxes a lot... Are we delaying and playing nice nice again and not making the cuts?

Looks like wewill have a 10% increase and no budget cuts for too many employees

Looks like a good start to making some positive changes for Pawtucket. More changes are coming to move Pawtucket in the 22nd century and our rebirth as the model for USA

That does look like a step in the right direction- we pay for the excesses of the past

More steps needed I fear but maybe modern tools can help us move ahead with our kids too
