Hi, my neighbor pay to have his grass cut but will not trim his bush in front of his home. The bush is horrible, ugly, and the branches have grown so thick and long it extends out onto the side walk. Not to mention the debris and trash that accumulates. I have been in my home for two years and he has never cut the bush. Im tire d of pick ing up his trash and stepping over the branches. He is rarely h ok mhm e but when I ran into him he said he was going to cut it down. Now i dont want to start the habbit of paying someone to cut his bush, so what can I do?
