I was thinking about creating a program(ie, "Friend of Granada") when participating business owners would help comply with some beautification standards developed for the neighborhood.

- Increased landscaping

- Lowering of signs

- Keeping property clean

- Reduction of "window clutter" with regards to retailers

- Donor to asssociation fund

We could develop a sign for the business owner to display so that customers would know that the owner supports the neighborhood.
